Information for Poster Presenters

Poster Session Preparation

If you have a poster presentation, please arrive between 8:00am and 9:00am and head to the registration desk to check in and hang your poster. We will provide easels, foam core board and clips to hang your poster. Please make sure your poster size is 35” X 48”. If you are unable to arrive between 8-9am, please wait to hang your poster until the short morning break or the lunch break at 1:00pm.

The poster session will begin at 5:30pm during the reception. Please make sure to grab some food + drink and hang near your presentation during this time.
